This is an action-packed, open world roleplaying game (RPG) that follows on from its two predecessors. The series was inspired by The Witcher fantasy novels by Andrzej Sapkowski and promises over 100 hours of gameplay.

The Witcher 3: Wildhunt free downloadable content
All orders of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, both before and after release, are eligible to receive 16 free DLCs, to be released periodically following the release of the game. They include a Temerian amour set, beard and hairstyle set, alternative look for Yennefer and Contract: Missing Miners. The remaining ones will be revealed soon. The first two will be available for direct download on PlayStation Network (PS4), Xbox Live (Xbox One) and Steam (PC) shortly after the game’s release.

The Witcher 3: Wildhunt gameplay and screenshots
As the Witcher 3: Wildhunt release date draws ever closer, the developers have been teasing us with various videos on the official Witcher 3 YouTube channel. One, shown below, showcases the dynamic scaling available on Xbox One, where the resolution will switch between 900p and 1080p. That’s not all that it shows us though, as it gives us a glimpse at environmental dangers (flammable/poisonous gas) as well as the combat system. All we know is we’re excited to play it!
